Mindfulness & Meditation  

Nikki has been facilitating meditation groups (including Mindfulness) and private sessions for ten years. She has had a personal practice for the last eighteen years. These started due to her own stress and anxiety issues.

Meditation for well-being

Nikki’s meditation work is grounded in recognised research, neuroscience and is not affiliated to any belief system or religion.

Meditation is a way to raise our personal understanding, manage behaviours, stress and anxiety management and much more:

  • Greater ability to regulate the body
  • Better communication
  • Insight
  • Response flexibility (pausing before you act)
  • Improved immune response
  • Reduced negativity
  • improved relationships
  • Decreased pain
  • Improved ability for empathy and compassion
  • Intuition (being open to the neural networks around the body, particularly the heart and intestines)
