Counselling through neuroscience can provide a greater therapeutic impact for a more sustainable outcome
Nikki offers individual, face to face therapy, and distance therapy in her counselling sessions. She uses a variety of techniques according to the needs of the person she is seeing.
A person decides to have counselling for a range of reasons; it could be a traumatic and sudden event (such as a loss of a partner or job) or something that has been bubbling for many years (such as anxiety, low confidence or childhood events).
Whatever the reason, therapy can help you to see a way forward clearly and gain a sense of well being. Sometimes we need to look back to clear old beliefs, habits or negative experiences before we can heal. It is not always necessary to go in depth into our childhood or a trauma and this can often be a misconception around counselling therapy and can deter some people.
