We all know how difficult adolescence can be. Nikki Catto provides face to face therapy and distance therapy for young adults, adolescents and children. Children and young adults face the same pressures and worries as us as adults and often these can be felt intensely.
Counselling, meditation and therapy can help adolescents make the transition to adulthood easier. Nikki deals with anxiety, domestic and sexual abuse, bulling, self esteem and eating disorders (to name but a few) in her sessions. She uses a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the young person.
Nikki also works in senior schools and with groups to help young people learn how to cope with the stresses and anxieties associated with adolescence, schooling and growing up, bringing mindfulness and meditation into the classroom.
