About Nikki

I was inspired to become a therapist while attending counselling sessions some twenty years ago. I found that issues I had struggled with all my life became clear and understandable, leading to healing within family dynamics, confidence, self esteem and anxiety management. The power of a safe, non-judgemental and professional space to explore life issues can be truly life changing and I was driven to offer this to others in turn.

Counselling Experience

I have worked for: Mind, Local Senior Schools, Greenlinks Charity, Light Spirit UK, Women’s Aid, Pembrokeshire Counselling Services, Pembrokeshire County Council, in private practice, and for MAMs (a Charity specialising in trauma work).

I live a simple life working for organisations to help make a difference to others, enjoying Pembrokeshire , my family, creativity and having fun.

As well as counselling, I run motivational workshops for the long term unemployed and I am fulfilling a life-time goal of offering meditation to foster emotional intelligence to young people in schools.
